		<description><![CDATA[Your write up is as accurate as it could be based on the information you have.  The exiting leadership left because they lost confidence in MDA and the remaining leadership of AFMDA.  It was the goal of the remaining group to make peace with the donor recipient at any price.  Professional staff remaining now serves MDA as a subsidiary rather than as  an independent organization.  The needs of the organization are great however the leadership of both AFMDA and MDA are ill directed.  Ego has replaced proper leadership. Donors have lost the oversight that is required.]]></description>
