First, the good news. No, I take that back — the great news. I moved! I now own a piece of property and have kissed the life of a renter goodbye.
Now the not-as-good-news: Building a house is a heck of a lot of work. And just because you move, it doesn’t mean the work is over. Just the opposite, as a matter of fact. Which, unfortunately, means for me that I have had a lot less time to devote to this site. I actually went more than a month without posting, my longest dry spell by far. My tweets have also dropped in frequency by about 50%.
Back to some more good news: normalcy is returning to my life. I no longer have to wash my hands in my bathtub and finally have a working kitchen after 3 long weeks. Things are definitely looking up.
Though I haven’t published, I have still continued to jot down my ideas and have even managed to co-produce a great event for Israeli nonprofits, “Options for Online Donation Processors.”
I look forward to making up for lost time in the next couple of months. A big thank you to you, my loyal readers, for your continued patience. It’s good to be back.
Tizku Lemitzvot,
Shuey
